About Range Extractor

Range Extractor Protein extracts subsequences using flexible position notation.

Range syntax

5 - single position
10..20 - range from 10 to 20
1, 5, 10..12 - multiple
(end - 10)..end - last 11 residues

Output types

New sequence: concatenates all extracted regions
Separate: each region as FASTA
Uppercase/Lowercase: highlights regions in full sequence
