  • 10..20 - range from 10 to 20
  • 1, 5, 10..12 - multiple
  • (end - 10)..end - last 11 residues
Output types
  • New sequence: concatenates all extracted regions
  • Separate: each region as FASTA
  • Uppercase/Lowercase: highlights regions in full sequence
