BioChemIntelli SpA ("BioChemIntelli," "we," "us," or "our") is a company incorporated in Chile and operates this website.
Commercial checkout is currently closed and BioChemIntelli is not accepting MolNexus orders through this website. The license terms below are published in advance so prospective customers can review the intended commercial conditions before launch.
1. Website use
BioChemIntelli provides scientific information, open computational tools, and commercial product information. You may use the public website for lawful research, evaluation, and educational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, evade technical limits, upload malicious content, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
2. Scientific inputs and outputs
You are responsible for having the right to submit any sequence, file, parameter, or other input. Do not submit patient data, personal information, controlled data, or confidential material. Computational results are estimates and must be evaluated with appropriate scientific judgment, controls, and experimental validation.
3. MolNexus license
A completed MolNexus purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased version on one Windows PC at a time. “Non-transferable” means the license may not be reassigned or sold to another person or organization. The same purchaser may move it to a replacement PC after removing every MolNexus copy from the previous PC.
The purchased version may be used indefinitely. Updates released during the first 12 months after purchase are included. Updates released after that period, including future major versions, may require a separate purchase. A purchase licenses the proprietary application; it does not transfer ownership of MolNexus.
4. Delivery and system requirements
MolNexus is a downloadable Windows 10/11 64-bit desktop application; no physical product is shipped. Download delivery is not active while checkout remains closed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the published operating-system, hardware, storage, scope, and scientific requirements before purchase.
5. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, resell, publicly host, or make proprietary MolNexus components available to another user or PC without a separate license. You may not remove proprietary notices or attempt to bypass technical restrictions. These restrictions do not reduce any rights granted directly by the licenses of included open-source components.
6. Third-party components
MolNexus integrates Tauri and Rust components, React, the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime, AutoDock Vina, Mol*, and scientific Python libraries. Each component remains governed by its own applicable license or runtime terms. If this EULA conflicts with an applicable open-source license, that third-party license controls for the relevant component. See the Third-Party Notices.
7. Support and updates
Product questions may be submitted through the published support email. Unless an order explicitly states otherwise, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without a guaranteed response or resolution time. Included updates do not guarantee any particular feature, compatibility change, or release frequency.
8. Research-use limitation
MolNexus is provided for research use. It is not designed or authorized for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, patient management, or regulatory submission. Users remain responsible for independently validating inputs, methods, parameters, outputs, and conclusions.
9. Refunds and mandatory rights
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, scientific tools, and MolNexus are provided “as is” and “as available.” BioChemIntelli does not guarantee that a computational result is experimentally correct or fit for a particular research objective. The software does not replace scientific judgment, experimental validation, or professional review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioChemIntelli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on scientific output, loss of research data, or incompatible use. Users should retain independent copies of important project files.
11. Changes and termination
BioChemIntelli may update website terms prospectively and will publish the revision date. Terms accepted for an existing perpetual license are not silently converted into a subscription. Access to the website may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, or legal requirements.
