BioChemIntelli provides scientific information, open tools, and commercial software product pages. Users must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
MolNexus license
Each MolNexus purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the purchased version on one Windows PC at a time. The license may be transferred to a replacement PC provided all MolNexus copies are first removed from the previous PC.
The purchased version may be used indefinitely. Updates released during the first 12 months after purchase are included. Updates released after that period, including future major versions, may require a separate purchase. A purchase does not transfer ownership of MolNexus.
Delivery
MolNexus is a downloadable Windows application. The download is made available digitally after successful payment through Lemon Squeezy. No physical product is shipped.
Restrictions
The purchaser may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, resell, or make proprietary MolNexus components available to another PC without a separate license. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
Third-party components
MolNexus includes PySide6, Qt, Qt WebEngine, Chromium components, AutoDock Vina, Mol*, and scientific Python libraries. Each component remains governed by its applicable license. If these terms conflict with an applicable third-party license, that license controls for the relevant component. See our Third-Party Notices.
Research-use limitation
MolNexus is for research use only. It is not intended for clinical diagnosis, medical treatment decisions, patient management, or regulatory use. Users are responsible for independently validating scientific inputs, methods, outputs, and conclusions.
Disclaimer and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MolNexus is provided “as is.” It does not replace scientific judgment, experimental validation, or professional review. BioChemIntelli is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from scientific reliance on software output where such liability may legally be limited.
