BioChemIntelli wants customers to receive and run the software described on the applicable product page. Because our commercial products are delivered digitally, refund requests are evaluated under this policy and any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply.
Request window
Contact us within 14 days of purchase at jf.beltran@biochemintelli.com. Include the order number, product name, and reason for the request.
Refunds we will consider
- A duplicate purchase or duplicate charge.
- The digital product was not delivered and delivery cannot be restored.
- The software cannot be installed or launched on a supported operating system and the problem cannot be resolved through reasonable troubleshooting.
- The delivered product materially differs from its public description.
General exclusions
Refunds are generally not provided solely for change of mind after the software has been downloaded, use on an unsupported system, or failure to review the published product scope and research-use limitation. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Payment processor
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments and approved refunds. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds in accordance with its own obligations and chargeback-prevention procedures.
