BioChemIntelli SpA ("BioChemIntelli") is a company incorporated in Chile. This policy covers eligible purchases of its digital-software products. The free MolNexus trial has no purchase charge to refund; this policy applies to the separately purchased full license.
This policy applies to eligible BioChemIntelli digital-software purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy. It operates alongside any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply.
1. Request window
Submit a request within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing jf.beltran@biochemintelli.com. Include the order number, product name, operating system, and a concise description of the issue. Never send payment-card details by email.
2. Requests we will consider
- A duplicate purchase or duplicate charge.
- The digital product was not delivered and delivery cannot be restored.
- The software cannot be installed or launched on a supported system and reasonable troubleshooting does not resolve the problem.
- The delivered product materially differs from its public product description.
- Another refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
3. General exclusions
Refunds are generally not provided solely because a customer changed their mind after downloading the software, attempted installation on an unsupported system, expected an unpublished feature, or did not review the stated product scope and requirements. Downloading a digital product does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Troubleshooting and review
We may request non-sensitive diagnostic information and offer reasonable troubleshooting before deciding a technical refund request. Do not send confidential research files unless BioChemIntelli specifically requests an appropriate, agreed transfer method.
5. Payment-provider processing
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through that provider to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment network or financial institution. The provider may also act where required by its own legal or chargeback obligations.
