MolNexus is proprietary BioChemIntelli software that includes open-source components. Those components remain governed by their own licenses, and nothing in the MolNexus EULA restricts the rights those licenses grant.
AutoDock Vina
MolNexus is an independent commercial desktop application that integrates AutoDock Vina 1.2.7, an open-source molecular docking engine distributed under the Apache License 2.0. AutoDock Vina is not owned by or affiliated with BioChemIntelli.
Qt for Python and Qt WebEngine
MolNexus uses PySide6, Shiboken6, Qt, and Qt WebEngine 6.11.1 under applicable open-source license options, including GNU LGPL v3. Qt WebEngine incorporates Chromium and other components under multiple open-source licenses.
Mol* and scientific libraries
The embedded molecular viewer uses Mol* 5.10.1 under the MIT License. MolNexus also distributes scientific Python libraries under their respective BSD, MIT, Apache, LGPL, and other compatible licenses.

The installer includes complete license texts, version-specific
component notices, and a corresponding-source offer in its
